West Fork Original All Purpose Steak Seasoning

In my real day job that supports my farm and hobbies, I travel quite a bit.  I fell in love with West Texas open pit BBQ.  Not being able to get the same flavor locally, I set out on creating my own blend of an all purpose steak seasoning so that everyone else in Tennessee could experience what I think is the all time greatest seasoning blend.  It is awesome on beef, lamb, pork, venison & poultry!  If it needs flavor then this is it.  And by all means use this on your smoked bologna & Texas style brisket!  You can thank me later…..

This blend works great on most all meats and veggies too!  Sliced potatoes drizzled with oil and seasoned with West Fork Original and roasted in oven!  Awesome.  Deer, beef, chicken or poultry as well.

I know you will taste it as soon as you open it.  You will think it is very salty, but it really isn’t, don’t be afraid to apply liberally.  Sprinkle evenly over your favorite meat or vegetable surface.  For best results, pat it dry and apply 15 minutes prior to cooking.
