West Fork Gamester Wild Game Seasoning

Seeing a void for wild game seasoning instead of the common stronger spices used to cover gamey flavors, this is the Gamester version of West Fork Original spice. This seasoning is also exceptional on beef, lamb, pork, rabbit & poultry! I also use it on most veggies if roasting or grilling. This blend works great on most all game meats and veggies too!  Sliced potatoes drizzled with oil and seasoned with the Gamester and roasted in oven!  Awesome.  Deer, beef, chicken, rabbit or poultry as well.  We also raise quail and a roasted quail with Gamester is the Chef’s kiss.

I know you will taste it as soon as you open it.  You will think it is very salty, but it really isn’t, don’t be afraid to apply liberally.  Sprinkle evenly over your favorite meat or vegetable surface.  For best results, pat it dry and apply 15 minutes prior to cooking.
